Court Ordered Mediation

If you have been court ordered to attend mediation, call our office at (636) 797-3004. Our staff will schedule your mediation and work with you to make the process as smooth and quick as possible.  

A divorce does not have to be adversarial; many couples make the decision to work out the terms of their divorce through mediation. While mediation isn’t a solution that works for everyone, successful mediation can result in a quicker, smoother, and less expensive divorce.

At Kramer, Hand, Buchholz and Partney, we offer mediation for those couples who feel they can benefit from meeting to work out the terms of their divorce. Our experienced mediators work as neutrals to help couples work through property division, child custody, and financial issues. While we don’t represent either party in a mediation, we can provide couples a complete written agreement at a low cost after successful mediation.
